Arc of Central Michigan Facilitators

The Arc of Central Michigan contracts with the Community Mental Health for Central Michigan to provide person centered planning services.  This program provides an independent facilitator from the Arc to guide the annual meeting, and to ensure that individuals receive person centered planning.  The facilitator is involved in the entire process of the annual meeting, from assisting the individual in inviting their guests, to guiding the meeting, to writing the report.  The Arc of Central Michigan can be reached at 989-773-8765, and is available during the week to provide this service at the individual's convenience.
